Taekwondo Tournament next Friday and I am not performing up to standard yet. I just want to do it well and get it over and done with. I should stop letting emotions take over and control me. Nothing should affect me now. I must concentrate. I only have one aim in mine, which is to do my very best and by that I mean no mistakes no nothing. I don't want to disappoint myself anymore.
