#17 - New Year Resolutions for 2009

I am thinking whether to take the LRT to Phoenix and then walked to Ten Mile, or just take 190/975 and alight at the bus stop nearest to Ten Mile.

New Year Resolutions for 2009
- Find a rich, tall and tanned boyfriend
- Grow taller
- Be slimmer
- Avoid oily and fried stuff
- Eat more veggie
- Cut down more on intake of red meat
- Be more focused on studies
- Stop peeling my skin
- Save more money $$$
- Learn something new
- Do something meaningful like be a volunteer etc

I can't believe 2008 is going to end soon.

It all seemed too fast. Just a week ago, I heard on 987fm that Apologize by OneRepublic is 1year old already.
Time seemed to pass very fast this year. Now that 2009 is coming, this meant that most of us, esp the 4C-ians are going to be separated already. I cannot bear the thought of having to see all of us going separate ways. In just a few days time, when all of us get back our results, we might not be able to gather together as a class anymore.

I just want to thank all those friends who have been with me for these last four years, and I hope that we'd still have gatherings together, esp with my beloved 4C-ians and SHRIMS. Stay in touch people, do remember to constantly update me if you have change your number. I love you guys! (:

I still can't accept the fact that 2008 is going to end soon.

It is a strange thing, but when you're dreading something and would give anything to slow down time, it has a disobliging habit of speeding up.

I've made up my mind, gonna take the bus later.

Countdown party at Hanyang's house in a few hours time, we are gonna rock his house off man! :D

#15 - Confession Number Three

I have something to confess:
All because I want to look better and wore heels the whole day, I got not 1, not 2 but 4 blisters on my feet! Poor me feet! ):

Got a book today. "Thanks For The Memories" by Cecelia Ahern, the author of the bestselling book, "P.S. I Love You." It was gotten on impulse. Haha, let's just hope it's nice. (:

Anyway, I heard that 'O' Results will be released on 12Jan2009. Omgomgomgomg! Dk whether it's real or not, but it's so nearrrrrr! Like only 15days away! :S

But come to think of it, one can easily start rumours and anyhow claimed that 'O' Results are released on whichever/whatever dates they want. I can just like tell people the release date is eg. 17Jan2009 and said I heard from people, and there it goes, the rumour starts about the release date.

Sigh, I really hope the countdown party won't be cancelled again.
I do look forward to it.
It's like a break for me.

#14 - What's wrong with me today?

Firstly, I had this weird dream today.

I dreamt that there were 50plus animals lying on the grass at my house downstairs. There were 1 cow, 1 sheep, many cats and a few dogs. After watching those animals for a while, I saw 2 cats being run down by a car. Before they died, they shrieked, "Kitty Ow."

OMG, I think I am crazy to dream such stuff.

Secondly, I boarded the wrong bus home today. I was supposed to take 190 to the interchange, but as I was talking on the phone, my mind was blank and I took the first bus that came along. 960. It turned at the corner and it was then I realised I boarded the wrong bus. So I hurriedly pressed the bell and alighted at the following busstop. Luckily, I called dad and he went to fetch me.

What's wrong with me today? ):

#13 - Merry Christmas

While you guys are busy celebrating christmas, singing christmas carols and eating that fat, juicy and tender turkey that came out hot, straight from the oven, I am busy too. Busy working that is. -.-

I am so sad that many can't make it for the countdown party. ):

Merry Christmas, lovelies!
Hope all of you enjoy yourselves in this day of love, peace and joy.

Anyway, I've got candycanes for the SHRIMS but how to pass it to you guys? )):

I remember at this exact day last year, we used to sing this song together.
This is dedicated for you, for the last time now.
My last ever gift to you.
Merry Christmas.

Enjoy.

This Christmas - Chris Brown

Idk what exactly is your problem.
Why are you starting to find faults with everything we do?
I don't think we did anything wrong to you.
PMS perhaps.

#12 - Nothing better to do

ade: I will relink you asap okay. (: Hahah, and I tagged you regarding Edward Cullen's fans le. :D

Emilia: Where got? The patrick part is it? You missed him by 2days lo, so wasted! ):

yuxuan: Haiyo, just RElink me lo, then just click can le what. Lazy lah. TSKTSK.

afiqah: Haha, I will try to go, Idk whether I am like working on that day or something. :C Hahah, so you are really anti-Twilight. The first person I know who hates Twilight so much. :O

Salihin: Hahah, that means you are now still in Malaysia. I want present! :DD This skin of course nice lah, look at the owner! (: Anyway, you know the words on top change everytime you come to this blog?

Oh God, am I like crazy or what? I am like blogging almost everyday!

Seems like I've caught a blogging bug or something, I just feel weird when I didn't update for one day. ZZZ.

But come to think of it, when I'm using the computer, other than bloghopping and blogging, I have nothing much to do. Most of my friends are working and usually there's no one to talk to online. ):

So I found a new interest. No I found 2 new interests.

Neopets! I am back to playing it, very no life I know. -.-

And this!

Viwawa!

You need not remind me how old I am for I know I am sixteen currently. I need something fun to do online, any recommendations?

Anyway, 'shopping' with mum today, I got a WHITE polo tee, a WHITE cardigan and lastly and most surprisingly, my mum told me to get a pair of WHITE shades for no particular reason. So I bought it lo. All white. -.-

Tilt your head peeps, lazy to turn it back. :D (the sparkle is by my camera's flash)

31 dec 2008, I hope all SHRIMS are free, pray hard alright, COUNTDOWN PARTY! :D

As stupid as it may sound, I find myself falling for you over again.
How?

#11 - Confession Number Two

I have something to confess:
I had (nowwhatdoyoucallthem) the 汤圆 dumplings(?) for teabreak today since it was 冬至 Winter Solstice today.

Now, what do they taste like?
Hmm, they are chewy, QQ ones and taste something like the bubble tea pearls.

What does the soup taste like?
It's sweet since pandan leaves were added as natural sweetener.

What is used to make the dumplings?
Flour, easy. Plus red colouring for the pink coloured ones. (:

And this is what you do when you are really bored.

I swear I didn't edit this photo, it just came out like that. (:

Warning: Super loads of self-shots.

TADAH!
Actually okay okay only, only 15 shots. Can tahan right? :D

And ))))): Patrick Starfish is at Mandai Zoo now, I so wanna gooooooo. ):

#10 - Twilight plus gaming sessions

Caught Twilight today! Not bad a movie, due to the fact that I've not read the book yet. T.T Very pathetic I know. :X I wanna get the Twilight saga series for my birthday actually, but the first book ie. Twilight was out of stock. The only ones available are the ones published after the movie with the two actors on the cover. I don't want that, I want the hands holding the apple one. :C Someone get it for me for my belated birthday present? (:

Anyway, Isaac said the movie was crap. -.- Told you le, Isaac, the movie wasn't your type. Haha, and I hate the Lot 1 movie schedule, they gave the wrong timings on the web, making us go 1hr earlier. Whatthe. Somemore I don't like the ticketer's attitude. Screw her man.

Back to the movie, no offence, but Idk why so many thought that Robert Pattinson (Edward Cullen) is hot in Twilight and fall in love with him like nobody's business. I only like him in the movie because his love for Bella (Kristin Stewart) is so idkhowtoexplain and he's so protective of her. No offence again, I think he looked better in one scene where he was wearing shades and with Bella. Maybe it's because he's like so pale in the movie and it turns me off. (:

I still like Robbie (Aaron Johnson) from Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging better. (:

Told you he's hot!

Sidetrack a little: Presenting to you, Drew Fuller and Chace Crawford!

Okay, I really think one day I should like feature hot guys in my blog. :D

Hahah, and after Twilight, the three of us, May, Isaac and I went to meet up with Syahirah and then we set off to Hanyang's big house. :D 3 storeys bungalow, 2 maids, etc. Hahah, the 3 of us girls entertained ourselves with this bean game, "To bean or not to bean". Hahah, that's not the game name by the way. Lol. Then we realised we played the game wrongly, heckcare. We were laughing like crazy by then. Soonafter, the guys plus George joined us for this settlement game and George won. $@*&$*&$@!*&*%^ All thanks to Isaac's guidance of course. :X

After that we ate and then played the bean game, in the correct way. Isaac was like I surely win one, but I won. Hahah, by 1 gold! Lol. Slacked Stoned awhile waiting for the guys to transfer some anime (yuck) stuff for George, they appeared to be trying to convert him to an anime freak like them. Hmm.

Took 190 home with May. And went home after buying bread. -.-

Anyway, I think next time SHRIMS SS or whatsoever wanna gather can just like go Hanyang's house lo, so convenient, we just bring the games and play there etc. Coolness can, FOC somemore! :D

What?! Entry just ended like that? No photos, nothing?! Yes, I have not taken any photos for very long. Wait looooo. ):

"But you, your scent, it's like a drug to me. Like my own personal brand of heroin."

shark: Haha, I forgot to mention that range of people doesn't include you in. :D

Yongkian: Haha, shiok lo! I am watching Twilight this saturday! (:

may: Fat chance may, hehe! Not gonna confessed I got a crush on you. That should be categorized under "I have something to lie about." :D

shimin: Hello, thanks and thanks again for the present. (:

Vernon: Hahah true true.

afiqah: Does it happen to involve Harry Potter? Lol.

Emilia: Hahha, I guess I will be changing a blogskin soon. And where did you watch it?

jiaying`: Hahah, okay, I will get that done asap. (:

YANGQI: Hahah, thanks. (: Yep, she sucks big time. I guess I was too angry to retort back to her.

yuxuan: Read your entry, haha, guess we are in the same boat.

cheekeong: Hey thanks! (:

REGINANANA!: Whoo, big font, thanks! (:

may: Hahah, Yvonne was the last, hers was at 12am exactly! Thanks btw, make sure you do remember mine next year!

#8 - Happy Birthday?

Happy birthday to YuXuan, Asaph, Jeanle, Zenden and Me! (:

I thanked all those who msg-ed me or whatsoever to wish me a happy birthday. :D

First person who messaged me: Kunda! Haha, surprised lo, that he'd sms me, thanks ah Kunda!

Presents I received so far:

- An orange carebear!
- An 8GB thumbdrive!
- A necklace!

Many's giving me belated ones. ):

Now I know who my true friends are.
I was expecting at least a message or tag from any one of them, yet none remembered.
Define friends for me.
Disappointed.

#7 - Dedicated to an idiot

F-F-F-F-F.
I met this customer today.
Or should I correct myself?
I met this idiot today.
(actually can't describe her as idiot. She's more of a... Monster lah. *inserts more and more of digusting words inside*)
She was one of HomeFix customer.

Here goes:
You know when you normally queue up at the cashier, you would normally be facing the cashier right? This particular woman, okay, maybe a transvestite (who knows) happened to be queueing up at the side instead and was blocking the pathway. And so I kindly said to her, (noticed I said kindly) "Sorry, madam, you have to queue there." Then I gave her a smile.

I used the word 'madam' on her though she f-king don't deserve it at all.
You know what's her f-king reply?
"It's not as though there are 100 customers in this store and I have to queue there right?"
I was stunned for a while, dk what to reply, but in my mind thinking,
"Thanks for wishing us have more customers but no thanks, f you. You can die now."

Then she continued, looking at my TRAINEE badge.
"For a trainee like you, I think you need more practise."
F you man. I was hurt by her remarks.
And what could I do?
I can't offend her, I need my job.
I did nothing except to make an exit, tears hot in my eyes.
I just merely, kindly, politely, nicely asked her to move there.
Can't she appreciate my kindness and just step there and queue?
I'd bet if I said the same thing to the other customers, they'd be like,
"Oh, sorry, there ah, okay, thanks."

Her? No.
No f-king manners.
Treating us like shit, just because the customer is always right doesn't mean you have the right to say this to me or us. My colleague complained her awhile after she left too, saying that she kept on asking STUPID questions.
Come on lah, the moment she told me I need more practise, I felt the urge to reply.
"Thanks for your advice, I will heed it, on the day you die."

I was about to go on cursing her in this entry, but I believed in karma, despite feeling pissed and cursing her to die just now at HomeFix. You know I actually curse her to die tmrw, but I realised I don't want my birthday to be the same as her deathday, so I thought otherwise. Just fall down can le. :X

Look, some of you might think I am the type who can't accept criticism. I am not, I must emphasize this. It's just that when people criticise me, it must be of valid reason what. Just because of this say I need more practise?

Asshole lah, MADAM, I THINK YOU NEED MORE LESSONS BRUSHING UP ON YOUR ATTITUDE. AND MAYBE ATTEND A MAKEOVER LESSON BECAUSE YOU HAVE A SERIOUS FACE PROBLEM. Period.

I apologise for the profanities.

1moredaytosixteen.
today is a sucky day, I'd bet tomorrow would be the same as well. ):

#6 - What Would You Be If You Were...

A month: December when a lovely, kind, sociable and innocent young lady is born. (: *inserts endless superlatives*

A weekday: Friday perhaps, like they say, TGIF. :D

A time of day: 11.11am/pm. No prizes for correct answer.

A planet: Earth! I can't betray Mother Earth!

A furniture: I would want to be those L-shaped sofa, soft and comfortable. Whoooo.

A fruit: Watermelon, juicy and tender. Ahem ahem.

A sin: Gluttony! Well of course! I think 3/4 of my allowance is used on eating. :X

A liquid: Water. The best drink in the world.

A tree: The emergent layer ones, the one that stood out above the rest. (:

A flower: Roses? Nope, thorny. I wanna be a sunflower that cheers people up when they are upset. (:

A type of weather: Sunny with wind. Just the type of weather suitable for beach-ing and suntanning!

An animal: Skunk lah! Of course! :D

A colour: Orange, hawt babe!

An herb: My knowledge of herb is almost zero. Okay, erm, is thymes considered as a herb? Aiyah, if so, then thymes it will be. (:

A voice: Melody to ones' ears.

A chemical element: Oxygen, I give life!

A car: Porsche baby!

A food: Any type that contains lots of cheese/mayonnaise in them. Hell fattening I know. :C

A drink made of alcohol: -

A place on earth: I want to be the Mandai Zoo on 20/21 Dec, Patrick Starfish is gonna be there. ):

A number: 32. I love this number a lot, it's sort of my lucky number ever since P5.

A date: 30 August 2007. 17 December forever.

Shoes: The 7-inch heels.

A saying: For you, a thousand times over. (It has a meaning so deep, only when you mean it, you realize its depth.)

A song: A Little Too Not Over You by David Archuleta. The lyrics just suit everything.

A movie: -

A character from a book: Draco Malfoy, someone whom you hate yet love at the same time.

A mythological creature: Dragon.

A character from a comic/manga: I don't really like reading comic/manga stuff.

She'd rush all the way to the airport just so she could get to see his face again.
No words could describe how much her heart misses him.
Only tears would.
When are you coming back?
Or are you gone forever?
Do you know I'd walk a thousand miles if I could just see you tonight?
Yes I would.

2 more days to sixteen.
I've given up hope, but I would wait.

#5 - Confession Number One

I have something to confess:
The last movie I watched was 5 months, 11 days ago.
The Chronicles Of Narnia: Prince Caspian.
(Not counting rented DVDs)

ZZZ. Very no life I know. But as far as I am concerned, I'm better than May, her last movie was Leap Years I think. Lol.

There are 6 movies I wanna so desperately watch.

Twilight (PG)

TWILIGHT is an action-packed, modern-day love story between a teenage girl and a vampire. Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) has always been a little bit different, never caring about fitting in with the trendy girls at her Phoenix high school. When her mother re-marries and sends Bella to live with her father in the rainy little town of Forks, Washington, she doesn't expect much of anything to change. Then she meets the mysterious and dazzlingly beautiful Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson), a boy unlike any she's ever met. Edward is a vampire, but he doesn't have fangs and his family is unique in that they choose not to drink human blood. Intelligent and witty, Edward sees straight into Bella's soul. Soon, they are swept up in a passionate, thrilling and unorthodox romance. To Edward, Bella is what he has waited 90 years for – a soul mate. But the closer they get, the more Edward must struggle to resist the primal pull of her scent, which could send him into an uncontrollable frenzy. But what will Edward & Bella do when a clan of new vampires – James (Cam Gigandet), Laurent (Edi Gathegi) and Victoria (Rachelle Lefevre) – come to town and threaten to disrupt their way of life?

Based on the entertaining series of books by Louise Rennison, the adventures of Georgia Nicholson are finally hitting the big screen under the direction of Gurinder Chadha (BEND IT LIKE BECKHAM). Georgia (Georgia Groome) is a rambunctious, boy-crazy teen living in Eastbourne, England, where she and her mates spend their days puzzling over the strange new world of sex and boys. At the film's start, Georgia is bemoaning her horrible life: her parents are embarrassing, her little sister drives her crazy, and she's never had a real boyfriend. When she encounters a new boy at school--the dreamy Robbie (Aaron Johnson)--Georgia is determined to land him for herself. But her hopes are dashed when Robbie begins dating the school mean girl. Determined to win his affections, she tries various schemes, including kissing lessons and a disastrous attempt with a self-tanner. Meanwhile Georgia's father (Alan Davies) has to relocate to New Zealand for his job, and Georgia beings to worry about the state of her parents' marriage. When she selfishly commits a series of blunders, she seems to have lost everything she once held dear. After she learns some tough life lessons, things start to turn around for Georgia--and in ways she never even imagined. The screenplay is snappy, and Groome is a near-perfect Georgia, though the novels' fans may miss some of their clever humor. Yet, in a world where squeaky clean HANNAH MONTANA is the reigning teen queen, it is refreshing to see such a frank and honest depiction of the way girls think and talk about sex. ANGUS is a smart--albeit giddy--celebration of girlyness, and it comes with a delightfully over-the-top ending that will make your inner teen swoon.

Nick and Norah’s Infinite Playlist (NC-16)

Nick and Norah’s Infinite Playlist is a comedy about two people thrust together for one hilarious, sleepless night of adventure in a world of mix tapes, late-night living, and, live, loud music. Nick (Michael Cera) frequents New York's indie rock scene nursing a broken heart and a vague ability to play the bass. Norah (Kat Dennings) is questioning pretty much all of her assumptions about the world. Though they have nothing in common except for their taste in music, their chance encounter leads to an all-night quest to find a legendary band's secret show and ends up becoming the first date in a romance that could change both their lives.

Poppy (Roberts) is a spoiled Malibu brat, and the film opens with her wreaking havoc on her stepmother's moving-in day. Her father (Aidan Quinn) decides he's had it with her wild ways and promptly packs her off to an English boarding school. Poppy arrives at Abbey Mount with blond extensions, a designer wardrobe, and plenty of attitude, and she is furious when she is forced to follow the school's strict code of conduct. She is determined to find some way back to sunny Malibu. She soon befriends her roommates, a loyal, fun-loving troop of girls, who agree to help her come up with a way to get kicked out of school. They devise a scheme for Poppy to get caught fooling around with the headmistress's (Natasha Richardson) son, Freddie (Alex Pettyfer), but things soon go awry when Poppy's rival Harrier (Georgia King) tries to step in and foil her plan. Poppy is forced to make some big changes, and decide what it is she truly wants. Emma Roberts is perhaps best known as the niece of Julia, and her wide smile is indeed reminiscent of her superstar aunt's, as is her feisty charm and likeability. This film is loud, silly fun, and it manages to send forth some very positive messages without sucking all the joy out of being a teen. It does touch on sex and underage drinking, so it might not be for the lower tween set. But for the older crew--this one is sure to be a sleepover favorite.

Beverly Hills Chihuahua (PG)

Synopsis: In Disney's unabashedly silly talking-dog movie BEVERLY HILLS CHIHUAHUA, Chloe (voiced by Drew Barrymore), the ridiculously spoiled title pet, is swept away from her comfortable 90210 existence,... In Disney's unabashedly silly talking-dog movie BEVERLY HILLS CHIHUAHUA, Chloe (voiced by Drew Barrymore), the ridiculously spoiled title pet, is swept away from her comfortable 90210 existence, when the impulsive niece (Piper Perabo) of her wealthy owner (Jamie Lee Curtis) combines dog-sitting with a vacation in Mexico. When Chloe gets lost south of the border, her scrappy Chihuahua admirer, Papi (voiced by George Lopez), embarks on a mission to bring her back home. While Chloe's pint-size dog in shining armor searches for his posh crush, she must contend with the rough-and-tumble side of life, learning a few important lessons along the way. Directed by Raja Gosnell, who is no stranger to dog-themed live-action/CGI flicks (see SCOOBY-DOO), CHIHUAHUA is an amusing diversion that is custom-made for canine lovers. Barrymore and Lopez are pitch-perfect in their vocal performances, and they are ably assisted by a bevy of Latino talent, including Andy Garcia, Edward James Olmos, and Cheech Marin. Although the film doesn't give its human actors a lot to do, it doesn't matter much, since the dogs are the reason for the entire show. In fact, the more the movie concentrates on its furry protagonists the more giddily entertaining it gets, as exemplified by a fun, fantastical doggie musical sequence that serves as CHIHUAHUA's undeniable highlight.

Bolt (PG)

When the star of a hit TV show is accidentally shipped from his Hollywood soundstage to New York City, he begins his biggest adventure yet—a cross-country journey through the real world to get back to his owner and co-star, Penny (voice of MILEY CYRUS). Armed only with the delusions that all his amazing feats and powers are real, and the help of two unlikely traveling companions—a jaded, abandoned housecat named Mittens (voice of SUSIE ESSMAN) and a TV-obsessed hamster named Rhino (voice of MARK WALTON) -- Bolt discovers he doesn’t need superpowers to be a hero.

Movie anyone? (:

Note: Every sunday will be a confession day from today onwards, unless I have something big to blog about. KNS, I wanna go out soon, my blog is so lacking in photos. -.-

When you can live forever, what can you live for?

#4 - Tell me why you're so hard to forget

jiaying`: Haha, thanks. Oh, haha, all the graduation night photos in my LiveJournal. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. :X I got a job at HomeFix at BPP. :D Heard that you got a job as a cashier at Holland V yeah? (:

fEliCiA: Hehe, thanks for tagging. (:

Yongkian: Haha, I have to wait for 2 weeks to get the uniform. I am only interested in wearing the windbreaker they provided despite the fact that I don't get to keep it in the end. :X Haha, I applied for Watsons but I am underaged, 'cause I'm considered 15 although I am born in 1992. Like whatthefish. Haha. I am currently working at HomeFix at BPP. (:

KAIXIN: Hello! Haha, do you mean David Archuleta's songs? I have them and I can send them to you. But you'll have to wait a while, 'cause there's something wrong with my messenger. :X Thanks for tagging by the way. (:

yuxuan: Wah, younger than me. Call me bitch. Whore! :DD Working at HomeFix at BPP. (:

may: Haha. Yepps. Idk why Mozilla FireFox got such problems, I don't use it anyway. :D
cheekeong: Hello, I've linked you up. (: Anyway, I can't type your tag name here, there's something wrong.
1. Mozilla FireFox
2. Stupid Messenger
3. The New Kranji
4. Exercising While At Work
5. Hot Guys

1. Mozilla FireFox

Lol. (click on image for larger version)

Many have been tagging me telling me about the screwed codes of this skin when viewed in Mozilla FireFox, so I thought I'd just put up that sign so that people won't bug me about it anymore. I don't use FireFox so I can't do anything to assess the damage. I like this skin a lot, so if you want me to change, wait long long. (:

2. Stupid Messenger
And whatthefish. There's something wrong with my messenger. Whenever I use it, my computer automatically restarts on me. At first, I thought it was my computer's problem, but then I realised everytime I used messenger, the computer just restarts. -.-

FYI: Just yesterday, the computer restarted on me 5 times just because I clicked 'Sign In'. T.T I've deleted messenger and won't be online these few days probably. Gonna try downloading messenger again soon if the problem stops. Meanwhile, please do not miss me not being online, instead, take the initiative to tag over here. (:

3. The New Kranji
You know the Teck Whye area where they are gonna use to 'store' the Kranjians when the actual school is going through PRIME? I happen to pass by it everytime I take 190 to work. I see that they have been preparing for the grand entrance of Kranji. There are core values painted on the walls of the building, I can only see 'Responsibility' and 'Integrity'.

What makes it so Kranji is that the pillars are the exact same GREEN as the one seen in the original Kranji Secondary School. Yuck. And the classrooms are like small and stuffy and godknows what you would find inside there.

I really pity the batch of Kranjians going there later, especially the 2009 graduating batch, they have to get use to going to the new location, to the new environment, to the new halls, 'cause that's probably where they are going to take their 'O' Levels next year. Sure hope they would do well. (: (No sarcasm intended)
4. Exercising While At Work
Lastly, I realised that I haven't been exercising for long. Plus due to working, I have got no time for it anyway. That's when I realised I was so wrong!
Due to the fact that the place I work at sells paint as well, whenever customers need paint, I have to unload big cans of 5litre paint just to find the ones that the customers need. The paint cans are stacked in fours and are sometimes taller than me. (Not that I am that short, I am 157.1cm) Which means the paint cans can reach up to 160cm in height. And most of the time, I am the one doing the loading and unloading jobs.
I was muttering in disgust at the huge stack of paint cans until I realised I can work my arm muscles and get rid of those unwanted fats at the same time! Although sometimes when I helped a customer to find the paint he/she wants, unload the whole 160cm of paint all on the ground and found out that the paint he/she wants has got no stock, I am not really that 'angry' because I kept comforting myself, saying that this would help get rid of my arm fats. Hahah! I think I sound as though I am advertising for some sort of equipment. :D

5. Hot Guys

Haha, I was so wrong towards something again!

Remember I mention before that no teenagers won't like go to my workplace to patronise at all in my LiveJournal. No loh, actually quite a lot of Hot Guys visit my workplace leh, plus most of them around 16-19 years old. :D

Haha, and there are a lot of Caucasians patronising the store too! Coolness or not! I even saw mixblood. Wah, hot eh! ((: There's this young Caucasian handsome looking boy of about 8 years old, so shy and even said hello to me. Wah. Totally melt over. :D
4 more days.

#1 - Back to Square One

(edited)
Lol, this is so random. The more I look at my url, the more I think that the url is like some sort of Harry Potter spell. (chuckles)

1. Back to Blogger.
2. Letter from Kranji Secondary School.
3. Job.

1. Hello people, I am back to Blogger. (after some struggling and temptation)

No, I am not tired of LiveJournal, it's just that I can't really customise skins in LiveJournal and I am stuck with almost the same layouts everytime.

But, with Blogger, there's http://www.blogskins.com/ and I have many designs to choose and edit from! So I am back! Hahahah, and one more plus point of Blogger, nobody can complain that it's troublesome to comment etc, since I got a tagboard. So there must be lots of tags everyday, hor!

Dear LiveJournal,

I am changing back to Blogger not because you are not good enough for me. It's just that you lack some elements that Blogger can give. Do not feel dejected, continue to work hard and strive on. If one day I realise that you can give me what Blogger can, I can assure you I will be back. Do miss me loads and do not ever hate me. Goodbye and take care.

Lots of love,
Shufen
Hahah, and thanks to Lili the Squirrel, I got this super cool url, http://solitous-diaspora.blogspot.com/! Solitous diaspora means "you are the one living alone amongst different people" according to Mr Salihin.

And I love this skin a lot 'cause of its colours. I had a hard time finding a suitable skin to use since there are so many skins to choose from. Plus, some of the skins that I like has been used up by others and I don't want to like copy them. Yeah, and I realised that the skinners in http://www.blogskins.com/ now specializes in simple skin, it's merely playing with the base codes. Yupp, very few skins are using photoshop brushes etc. Cool ness.

I am ending the official 1st entry of mine now and will probably be using Blogger for long. I won't delete my LiveJournal account though, it has too many memories!

2. I opened the mailbox today and saw that I received a letter from KSS. Curious, I pried it open and it was this form informing me that I have some overdue funds not yet paid.

Firstly, the library fee of $1.20 for book overdue. If I am not wrong, ever since I last borrowed a book from the library in Secondary 2, I have stopped doing it. Reason being they are always able to get you to pay some overdue fee despite you returning in/on time. That's really stupid. Plus, the $1.20 fee just popped up out of nowhere. You know the library always put up notices reminding those who have overdue fee or send people to classes to remind them of the fees? During these 2 years, I have never borrowed a book from there at all and there wasn't any reminder (I've checked) that I need to pay for the fee, so why do I have to pay the $1.20 fee out of a sudden? What the fish.

Secondly, there's this 'Through Train' chinese magazines which the Higher Chinese got to order first. Actually, it's not that we ordered it. The school always order stuff beforehand without asking for our opinions which I find useless for us and we have to pay for it despite our unwillingness. And so we paid $6 for it. Then after a few months, the Express Chinese received their orders as well and they, like us, had to also pay $6 for it. Idk whether there was a mistake or the Chinese Department was inefficient, because they gave us the order form too, meaning that we have to pay again. Of course, all of us knew that we have paid and thus refused to hand in the order form. Here's the thing, inside the letter, other than the library fee, they also expected me to pay the $6 for the magazines.

According to them: 'Based on our records as at 30 November 2008, we have yet to receive payment of $7.20 for the above mentioned (library + magazine) from your child/ward.' This letter was addressed to my parents. What the fish man.

Then they added this: 'If you have since paid, please ignored this letter and accept our thanks for the payment.' F-F-F-F-F.

And most of all, this is the thing that made my blood boil: 'Kindly note that the release of the GCE 'N/O' Results and Certificate is subject to full payment of any outstanding amount due.' What is this man? Threat? F-F-F-F-F-F-F-F lah, sucker.

3. Anyway, I am starting my job soon, actually tmrw! Hahah, so I guess I will not update that much but do still tag, people, keep my tagboard alive! Loves! (:

MY BIGGEST REGRET IN LIFE:
Not getting the huge size Patrick at MoreThanWords when there are still so much stock left.

I want the whole collection of the $9.90 carebears, esp the orange coloured ones.
9 days to sixteen.

Amazing Race for Secondary 3.

http:broadwaylove-11.livejournal.com

- second blog.

- may be alternating updates.

HEY HEY YOU YOU!

YES YOU!

If you happened to chance upon this entry of mine and is a secondary 3 student studying at Kranji Secondary School, please read this. (:

AMAZING RACE 2008 for the secondary 3.

Date: 3 April 2008 (yet to be confirmed)

Yes, I am not lying. The secondary 4 (us) had planned a nice, fun, interesting, enriching, shiok-ing and wet (you perspire, i'm sure) Amazing Race for you. Each secondary 3 class is to send 4 representatives as a group so that you can represent your class to take part in it and you might even get the top 3 placings!

If you like running and sweating like a mad cow (this thing just popped into my head), you should really take part in it. No regrets, I can assure you.

Furthermore, you are gonna enjoy the whole race. Why? That's because we have a list of nice and friendly facilitators who are going to be 'participating' with you!

For example: ME!!!

Fun guaranteed, you's never know if your group is the lucky one to
get me as your facilitator! WOOHOO. Are you excited till you're jumping up and
down alr? Well, it's really normal, trust me.

So what are you waiting for? When you see the flyer pinned up on your class regarding this Amazing Race (most probably up be tmrw), dont hestitate, sign up with the teacher now. This whole thing will be better than celebrating your birthday, I hope!

Okay, for more enquires, please look for Mr Ashlee Tan or any secondary 4 seniors involved in this Amazing Race. People like Jiazhi, Eric, Aisyah, Nurul, Iskandar, Cindy, Syahirah and of course, not forgetting me! (: (Pardon me if your name is not up there.)

Call this number in case of emergency. 1800-930-675. NOT.

Step Up 2 + Bowling = ♥

Elaine: I'm sorry i didnt go for your birthday celebration. I figured out that it was too disorganised and very last minute. And you guys went to town right? I dont really like going there since i've got phobia of crowds. So, yeah. Hope you enjoy this celebration in my absence. Love you loads okay. Have a sweet sixteen birthday this year! ♥

Watched Step Up 2: The Streets today with Yunhui, Timothy, Roger, Asaph and one of their church friend, Jinquan.

Yunhui was late when we (Timothy, Her and Me) were supposed to meet at the Yew Tee MRT Station at 11.30am. I thought i was late but she was the latest. Waiting for her seemed like ages. :X Didnt board the first train we see cause Asaph was late and we met them (Roger and Asaph) at the first cabin of the next train. Met with Jinquan at Woodlands MRT Station. Went to buy the ticks as yunhui called them, 6bucks each since there's student price, and had lunch at the Foodcourt later. After looking for seats and buying our food, we realised we only had 10mins left before the movie starts. So we masticated our meals quickly and had mass wee wee (okay, sounds wrong) and then entered the theatre. The seating sucks like hell, we were at the centre and i had thought it would be okay, but it turned out i was so wrong. we had to sit slanted and had to strain our neck during the whole movie just to get a good view of the movie. Like crap.

Anyway, the movie was great with the many cool dance moves and nice songs. Was really excited when i heard some of the songs which i've got, no idea why though. Asaph and Yunhui were commenting during the movie, okay, i was too. Asaph's comment was the most 'memorable' i guess. There was this kissing scene and he was like 'Er...', LOL. Back to the movie, those who are really into breakdance/streetdance, i recommend you to go and watch it. For those who like those comedy types, this movie doesnt suit you, so i suggest you watch Horton instead. Hahah.

After the movie, we took the train to Bukit Batok since we wanted to bowl. Asaph left and the 5 of us remained. (okay, this sentence is very stupid, i know. -.-) Walked to the CSC Club and thankfully, there were lanes available. We had 2 rounds and it was great, i'm telling you, since i have not played bowling for like so long alr. Camwhored a little and then we started changing our names for the game. Roger was the most pitiful. Timothy and Jinquan grabbed hold of him while Yunhui changed his name from RL to Rog-girl girl. Then Roger finally got his chance and changed his name to RL the Greatest. (starts rolling eyes) And we did changes to other names too. Roger had his turn and my name was changed to Shufen the Sucker. Crap. So i went to change it to Shufen the Cleverest. Hahah! Jinquan was Jinquan the Geek and Timothy was Timo the Goondu. super funny i tell you. (:

After the second round, i fumbled with the machine there and realised i could actually edit my scores. Since Yunhui didnt play during the second round as she had lost badly in the first, I was the lousiest among them. So i went to edit my scores. From 84 to 160. And i became the highest, YAY! :DD Timothy edited his too, and from i dont know what, he edited it to 111. Jinquan who got the highest, 105, lost to us in the end since we edited the scores. Hahah!

Walked back to Westmall in the end and then took the train home. (:

Yunhui trying to imitate Simlin! :D

FYI: Whenever Timothy got a strike or a spare, he danced like an idiot and i managed to capture one of his retarded act. LOL.

ROG-GIRL-GIRL. (took this without him knowing, HEHE.)

Note: Click on images for larger version. The before and after scores because of editing. :D

ignorance isnt bliss, really.

Just For Laughs

Note: The main character of these photos is not Timothy himself. It is the sign and the uneven surface which yunhui and i found so funny. Such a small area and they have to put this sign next to it. :D
